About the Role

Role Overview:

Facilitators lead one of the official community clubs (Book, Writing, Wellness, or Community Service) by holding space, encouraging dialogue, and keeping members engaged around a shared interest. You’ll host one virtual meetup per month and maintain activity through check-ins, prompts, or updates in your group space. This is not a high-pressure role — your presence, consistency, and creativity matter most.

What You’ll Do:

  • Host a monthly virtual meetup centered around your club’s theme

  • Share light weekly content (prompts, questions, or reflections)

  • Foster respectful, supportive discussions

  • Encourage members to connect and participate

  • Collaborate with Le and fellow volunteers to support the club’s rhythm and direction

Requirements

  • Availability of approximately 2 hours per week, including one monthly virtual meetup and weekly club engagement (check-ins, prompts, or updates).

  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to guide conversations and hold space for diverse perspectives.

  • Comfortable using basic virtual tools, such as Zoom or similar platforms for hosting discussions.

  • Reliable and consistent presence, able to follow through on commitments and communicate in advance if unavailable.

  • Passion for the club theme — no formal expertise needed, just genuine interest and care.

  • Openness to collaboration, working with Le and other volunteers to maintain the tone and goals of the community.

About the Company

heyyle.com is a creative wellness platform rooted in self-discovery, storytelling, and honest connection. Built by a creative with a love for writing, goal setting, and community care, the site offers personal guidance, creative clubs, digital resources, and safe spaces to simply show up as you are. Our core belief? You don’t have to be perfect — just present. Whether you’re journaling through a tough season, joining a virtual event, or setting fresh goals, heyyle.com exists to hold space for that growth.

The site offers three main paths for engagement: Sessions (1:1 support with Le), Clubs (interest-based communities led by volunteer facilitators), and Guides (self-paced tools for creativity and clarity). Our events and programs are intentionally low-pressure and human-centered — no hustle culture, no “fix your life in 30 days” pressure. Just real talk, soft structure, and practical resources that meet you where you are.

At its heart, heyyle.com is about creating space — not just content. We’re building a platform where people can reflect, reconnect with themselves, and express freely in ways that feel aligned. If you believe in intentional storytelling, accessible creativity, and inclusive community, we’d love to have you help shape the journey.
